Going from 30% to 20% was hard but doable.
But 20% to 10% is fucking impossible. Do I have to do tons of cardio and weights just to get lean?

don't give up OP how many people around you have a sharp defined jawline? being lean is the best looksmax by far if done properly, just imagine the advantages it offers you, i'm talking about your metabolism, your energy levels your confidence, if you give up you never really wanted to look better, if it's the case then enjoy being a fat fuck and see your metabolism slowing down with age turning you into a subhuman blob

if you can't do it on hard deficits take it slowly on a normal 500 calorie deficit while also doing liss (aka walking & never ldar) and it'll take you like a year to get to 10%

Get to 15% naturally at least. Then you can take things like Yohimbine, Clen, cardarine sarms to help with muscle preservation and Ozempic to make dieting easier!

Get to 15% first before any drugs

like 1500-2000 and for a while I was losing 1-2lbs/week. Once I got below like 18% I stopped losing. But if I try to go down to 1000 I just end up binging the next day 3000+.

No exercise cause I’m lazy

Yeah, if you want to stay at 10 percent, you have to change your lifestyle, and constantly do cardio. Maybe pick up a sport ? Unless you’re genetically lucky to stay lean ( natural ectomorph).

Diet is everything brother. Was doing cardio for an hour each day while eating 1800 calories (BMR is 2200) for 1.5 years, stayed at around 18-20 body fat percentage the whole time. Quit the gym and started eating 1500 calories for 3 weeks now, lost 5kg already

Cardio is bullshit. You can sprint for 10 minutes straight and you'll only burn 100 calories max (the calories that the machine says you burnt are wrong). Way easier just to manage your diet

Low to medium intensity for one hour or a bit more. I walk on an incline treadmill whilst listening to podcasts and stories and typically burn 3-400 calories ( accurately measured).
 
Maybe even 500 sometimes, plus regular weights ( another 100 or so)

When you’re already LEAN (15% or less) it makes a big difference! And no, it doesn’t lower test to a marginal extent. Jfl so everyone who goes for a walk lowers their testosterone??? You do both diet and cardio together!

Yeah that’s when I’m walking on the highest incline or it’s for a bit more than an hour. Weightlifting doesn’t burn that much unless every single set is extremely high intensive for numerous sets!

Plus when you start taking things like CLEN, Cardarine, Yohmbine you add another 300 calories burnt plus more endurance so you end up burning like 700 calories per day!

then recalculate your tdee and be on a 500 Deficit it's literally easy fucking girls can starve themselves more than you smh also no need to exercise cause at harsh deficits it'll kill you and make you hungrier

Cut out all processed carbs and shit. Stick to natural foods like meat/nuts/dairy (high-fat yogurt, cottage cheese, raw/pasteurized kefir, etc.) I did that and dropped from 20% BF to 15-16% in a few months with minimal exercise.

When I worked a physically demanding job for 12 hours a day I could eat 3000-4000 kcal a day and still lost weight

under 15% is hard. Shouldn't be too hard to go to 15 from 20 tbh. Be consistent and relentless about your goal
