the most i have got up to is around 25% and i was eating only junk food till sickness

I've been on tirzepatide for the past month and a half. Leanmaxxing has never been easier. Energy might be a bit lower but appetite is heavily suppressed and I stay full for longer. Started at about 92kg and 84-85kg now.

only you will know. I also used to just thug it out until i couldnt handle it anymore and i gained the weight back. Then i started eating low calorie dense foods so i didnt feel hungry anymore + 10k steps day and easily got to 12-13% bf
