Im trying to get leaner but at a certain point it's difficult. losing weight messes with your energy levels and also caused me to lose hair temporarily. But im trying to do it for the cheekbones especially.

No, not as fast as I did it (2 months). I experienced many adverse effects, including waking up feeling sick for no reason and hair loss. Also very low energy and sex drive. That's why I kind of relaxed a little bit.
