Take 1 or 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar with each meal (you should have max 2 meals while leanmaxxing, no snacks) which will satiate you and lower your blood glucose levels.


Not a lot of evidence, but everything counts. Maybe you will have a placebo effect after reading this post.
