Is it worth losing even more weight if you already have such a low body fat percentage that you can see the abdominal muscles well? Will furthermore leanmaxxing have positive influences on the face or is the difference so small that it is not worth it? Does anyone have experience with it?

if you can see them without contracting, then you'r at 10/100 bf. you can try to go below but for a very short period of time to see how it looks

If you have abs but no cheekbones or jaw, you might as well switch to bloatmaxxing.

Getting to 6% body fat is definitely worth it.
