i'm on reta since 4 days and i'd say i'm at 16-17% bf rn
My face is pretty "full" tho - i'm not recessed but still scared i'll descend from leanmaxxing because i've seen some underwhelming results

Any ideas on how i can see if it ascends me to go to 10%?

just search on google male face with 10% body fat, all faces have same or very similate features.
