How much it takes to get from 16-17% bf to 13-14% if I go no carbs diet?

you will just lose a bunch of water weight in the beginning on no carb. To actually lose the fat? 1 month - 1.5 months

you will need to lose 20100 calories. if you go in a 500 calorie deficit it will take you 40 days.

2 week plan

1000 calories a day, pure protein only 250g ( muscle maintainence ) . No carbs, no fat

Use caffeine ( tablets or a lot of black coffee ) to give you energy + metabolism boost.

Drink 5-10L of freezing cold pure cold water
or 2-3 Gallons if ur American.

Do 2 hours of jump rope a day.

Walk for 1 hour.

Workout as per usual

This should have u in a calorie loss of ~ -3500 calories a day or about a pound a day of fat loss.

Sauna/ steamroom at the last 2-3 days for 1 hour.

I went from having 2 abs to having a shredded 6 pack in 2 weeks doing this and I lost 16lbs of fat and 24lbs overall ( water )

how aren’t u lean yet at those stats
Poor diet + no training.. OP has to slowly gain muscle to get leaner actually.. it will be too hard to lose that last bit of fat and u wont build muscle

1.5-3 months on a 500 daily deficit you can speed it up by doing death tier deficits though
JFL at ppl saying to cut calories at a low bmi, bro has to probably eat like 1400 kcals a day and will want to kill himself everyday

don't avoid complex carbs because they are your source of energy; what's important is doing intensive cardio, avoiding simple carbs and a caloric deficit

in order to do intensive cardio you need energy (complex carbs), or else you'll collapse and likely faint

just eat complex carbs, search up the amount you need for your bodyweight and maintain that; eat lots of protein and good fats (you also need those)

lots of male models are buff, gandy and drago are good examples

182cm height
at one point i was 67 kg at 183 i was small asf i didnt look good but that was the time i received the most compliments from girls because my face was at his best and i still had full head of hair.Now i weigh 75 kg in the morning .

Yes you literally have to feel like death during leanmaxxing esp at lower bf why do you think no one commits hard enough to it
Working out will also make you even hungrier and fuck up your deficit

I just finished cutting 8 kg, so I know how hard it can be... though I finished at 74 kg unlike him (same height)...
The first few kgs it easy, until u have to start eating below 1800kcal, in the last weeks I ate 1600-1700 which is so little and turned me crazy.... cutting should be hard but it shouldn't feel like actual dying....
 
I just finished cutting 8 kg, so I know how hard it can be... though I finished at 74 kg unlike him (same height)...
The first few kgs it easy, until u have to start eating below 1800kcal, in the last weeks I ate 1600-1700 which is so little and turned me crazy.... cutting should be hard but it shouldn't feel like actual dying....
As long as it's a 500 cal deficit it's fine, yes 1600 is fine your body will get accustomed to the hunger levels and low calories eventually
it's 1200 and less that is death tier and no male will ever NEED to go that low unless they're 5'3
If you're not on a deficit you're wasting your time leanmaxxing wise

He probably will need that amount of calories as the body will fight more and more the lower weight he goes, he alrdy has a low bmi… borderline anorexia.. the last time I weight that when I was 14 and I was super skinny..

His bmi is 19 it's still far from low 18.5 to borderline anorexic (18 and less), I have the same stats and I plan to go down to 58 kgs lol
His tdee would be around 1900 to 2100 a 500 deficit is doable in that
Yes I get your point the body fights fatloss when you're low bodyweight but as long as you deficit it just has no choice but to shed off the fat.

Wel you both do as u want, all I can say I was in this situation before.. weighing even more.. but cutting was def the bad choice for me.. once i did I clean bulk I actually started to look leaner and cutting with more muscle is a bit easier too

Fair enough, I got a different goal for aesthetics so ofc the methods will differ

He won't look 'aesthetic' though going below 60 kg at 182 cm
