Im tryna learn a language but I got ADHD and cant listen to this shit for more then 15 minutes,

Been researching but I don't know what's cope vs legit and also cerebrolysin injecting IM once a day seems annoying

Dihexa + Modafinil seems to be the best option.

Anyone got recommendations?

Modafinil wont do shit for adhd cells, it doesnt make that your brain doesnt reuptake your dopamine. Noortropics are cope (from what i have heard) and they dont really work.

just because it doesn't encourage reuptake into synapses doesn't mean that it "won't do shit". it still blocks dat meaning dopamine levels inside the synapses take longer to deplete. also less stimmy than adderall and methylphenidate so you won't come off as a tweaker as hard.
