Hi, I’m Cucuy. I’m 13, and got into blackpill/looksmaxxing through a friend summer of 2025. I’ve been more or less softmaxxing since then, but recently have been wanting to get into how i can actually ascend through my early teen years to puberty. I’m currently 5’1, and really skinny. (36 kg/80lbs) I wanna one, gain weight but not be well fatty so muscle duh, and two I wanna atleast go from like MLTN/maybe HLTN to atleast HMTN. Third, I also wanna be able to maximize the amount of height i can gain in puberty hopefully.
My diet currently consists of breakfast, which is usually eggs, whatever dinner was from last night+eggs, yogurt and fruit, etc. Lunch is either leftover dinner from last night aswell and a homemade fruit smoothie, or sometimes skipped depends on how filling breakfast was. Dinner is usually raw salmon/fish, blue rare/rare steak, chicken, etc all with eggs.
I get about 2-4 hours of sunlight daily, and go to the gym decently often. I’m also into mma, and train a lot since thats hopefully what i wanna pursue. Probably unlikely but, i mean it’s not over until the bell rings no?
So, i’m decently active. On the weekends not so much, but i still go to bed at decent times on weekends (11 pm-12 am)
I also have minimal screen time, outside of weekends which is usually 2-3 hours or an hour and thirty minutes at the least.
I always get 8-9 hours of sleep, and go to bed at like 8 pm to 10 pm.
I also have spent a lot of time researching on various “drugs/peptides” for height, but i feel like i fall flat.
I just would like to get some pointers and help, thank you guys!
