What are the best procedures to get a better zygo projection?
Could you combine zygo implants and osteotomy and maybe fillers?

Forward grown large cheekbones with pronounced gonions. If you have good bonemass, you just need to cut bf. Other than that I don't see how you can increase the mass

Bonesmashing worked for my cheekbones. Now I have bigass cheekbones and zygos although I never bonesmashed my zygos

I tried for 2 months then stopped. My under eyes and cheeks got swollen and hurted really bad but it deserved the effort! My cheekbones are clearly bigger

Yes, but that ZS osteotomy is shit tbh, only lateral projection and small movement available.
