Would a LeFort 1 2/3mm advancement be really fucking noticeable ? For example, I get it done in a different country, stay there for six months, go back home, would I look like really noticeable that I had work done?

What are you just getting the upper jaw done and no advancement lower? Is it just strictly advancement or CCW? Too little info to say. but imo even 2-3mm is noticeable, people just wont be able to consciously tell. Which is GOOD, you dont want to look like a surgery freak, you want to look like you just grew into a better look.

Yes, this aswell as the medical procedure in itself to a degree. No one would notice 2mm-3mm change, rather rough changes in structure.
