how long would you need to recover enough to talk normally and work?

Took me like 2.5 weeks to return to remote work and not be exhausted.

Maybe like 5 weeks to talk normally. Maybe more like 6 even. I had huge movements tho, my muscles were fucked for a long while.

Gunson in cali. Lips were really stiff, like frozen for weeks, made it hard to talk. My whole face felt stiff and frozen, opening my mouth was difficult. Took maybe 5 weeks to be more normal, had to do a fuck ton of facial exercises like fish lips and moving the jaw side to side and front to back

It depends on the bone healing process, what you do and overall the movement, but let's say you get few mm's, then it takes 2-3 weeks usually.
