Wouldn’t a lft2 CCW achieve the same thing as N2 implant from won moon? Meaning it would shorten midface length.

I guess yes. Best would be lefort 3 CCW but this can kill you or make you disabled.

lefort 3 ccw? yes but on deformed. If you are very lucky you could potentially get lefort 2 ccw. But I dont know a provider

Yes I talked about a true lefort 3 ccw. Not a modified lefort 3. As far as I know I believe a modified lefort 3 has nearly the same risk as a lefort 1. I heard about a case of coceanig. He did a lefort 2 I believe. But Im not quite sure I have to research it again and will report.

None of them. This has been asked so many times. No one on here has gotten a LF2.
