I know I probably won’t ever get it but if I really could I would do it, I can simulate the results by pulling my nose forward+jutting for a Bimax and it just looks so much better, the recession causes my face to be slightly sunk in and have folds

Yeah, but they are temporary. They also move over time. You would constantly need to get them retouched. But i would recommend this over a lefort 2 for few reasons.

definitely not a lefort 2. you dont even need a jaw surgery in general from the looks of it unless you have some functional issues like bite problems (overbite, underbite, crossbite etc). if you really really want to get one tho just consult a surgeon or giant and get told what can be done. its better to ask the expert for their opinions on possible movements.

exactly, I have a lot of knowledge in this topic since im about to get a lefort 1 + bsso for medical reasons to fix my overbite soon and therefore obviously informed myself a lot on here and in general outside of this forum. the recovery will probably be brutal. people here just talk about "getting lefort 2 or lefort 3" as if its something you can just get done super easily. most of the time this takes months or even years of preperation and planning...

Well I can’t fraud the maxilla, also I have a beard covering the jaw anyways here’s a shaven pic, (my bite isn’t that bad very slight overbite like very slight but it shouldn’t cause a lip seal like that, idk why my philtrum/upperlip extends so much forward and over my bottom lip)

now i see what youre talking about. a lefort 1 would definitely be more realistic tho. my reccomendation honestly is to either contact giant implants and pray for a response or go to a maxillofacial surgeon who is known here on the forum and get a consultation.

This is also a more recent side but not fully lateral, and with my mouth open and as u can see the lip seal isn’t as bad
