Bro you look already good. Wouldnt implants ruin your harmony and make your mouth look extremely small ? I get the forward move I can literally imagine your jaw getting a better shape and lowering your jaw angle. But a wider jaw through implants would destroy your harmony or am I mistaken. I dont now if the forward move will widen your mouth since the skin on the face gets stretched and therefor pulls your mouth essentially lengthening it but I dont know if it would really widen it. Go for the surgery especially if its necessary but I just want to remind you of harmony. Also your eyes are deepset and therfore look smaller. I dont know if you wanna put implants on your temporals but if you want please dont. Cheeckimplants I can imagine looking pretty good ngl but only for forward projection again lateral will destroy your harmony since again your eyes are smaller and are in harmony with your face rn
