LeFort 2 Results

I know there's a fascination with higher-level LeFort osteotomies on here, so I thought I'd share the scant few results I could find. Would be interested to hear users' thoughts on them. @lurking truecel @Lefor3Laser @zemult @midfacedeficient @czechpsl

Most of these results are pretty underwhelming, still showing a mid facial deficiency.

Almost all had an LF2 osteotomy apart from the two Asian guys who had DO.

looks segmental. made the smile better, but couldve brought everything way further forward

looks better. face was all contorted so the advancement probably wasnt the main concern


my responses all ended up embedded oh well. im no expert anyway. nothing really spectacular here though, and looks like everything that was obtained coulda been done with just an lf1 and implants
