the nose change is interesting. is this typical of lefort 3? Or even lefort 1? (for the nose to become sharper, more defined)

it legit looks more life a lefort 1 than a lefort 3. still has the bug eyes, recessed undereyes and upper maxilla, nostril widening which is typically a resutl from lefort 1 surgery
