So I have a surgeon who will do LeFort 3 on me, I told him it’s very much cosmetic but said he’ll have to see me but I can probably persuade him with money. (He’s done 5 LeFort 3s so far.)

Would this be worth it? What if I get botched from LeFort 3? Then I can’t change it at all and I will still need rhino regardless so the only difference between the normal route and the Lefort 3 route in pricing would be facial implants for my infras and zygos.

Option 1: Lefort 3 w/ DJS (and braces because I will be a famous actor one day and need nice, straight teeth) + genio (included in bundle) + rhino
Option 2: DJS (and braces) + upper facial implants + rhino

Both my surgeon and my ortho will be international from different countries if I go with Option 1 whereas Option 2 they will both be located in the same country. I heard that it’s better if the ortho and jaw surgeon are in the same country because they can coordinate surgery better. With the LF3 surgeon I would have to meet them 2-3 times prior to surgery and I bet a few times after too so the cost would only be a couple of thousand bucks under Option 2 and logistics are fried.

TLDR; Considering LF3 but on the fence because hard to predict what midface will look like after and some parts may be underadvanced and also can’t reverse the change and because I will have surgeon and ortho from different countries.
