Due to long midface I need lefort 3 to fix it. What are providers for lefort 3? I need as many as possible to deceide which one is the right fit.

I think convincing a surgeon to do Lefort III on a non-deformed patient is probably harder then finding one that does it

My midface ratio is 0.88. It is over if I don't get it. Not even a lip lift with a lefort 1 can save me.

It is for sure. But getting Lefort 3 CCW will not only fix maxilla projection but you would also gain a little bit of IPD.

Rare to "brutally botch" bone surgeries as you can always open up and rearrange but if you botch soft tissue surgeries now that's brutal.
