Started gymcelling this week, and I was doing leg curls, heavy ones.

I swear it was pain doing those heavy machine leg curls, and during the process I think was on the brink of a prostate orgasm multiple times, and I could have released everywhere as well. I didn't.

I felt like l got gangbanged by 6'9 BBC's walking out of the gym. I struggled to walk.
I won't do be doing such gay level exercises again.

Pro tip: Don't do all your leg exercises in one day.

I have 3 different routines: 1. Chest/arms, 2. Back, 3. Rotational and odd ball exercises.
I add 7 or 8 sets of legs and 3 or 4 sets of abs into each of the 3 routines. And thus I never overload my legs on any given day, and don't suffer for the two days following doing an entire day of just legs.

No need to do leg day I just throw them in the end of my workout. Just aim for aesthetic toned legs. For better posture and balance but nothing more

6 sets of squats and deadlifts (maybe 3 for deadlifts if you are low T) a week is all you need. Good legs make you look like a man. If they are too big then you look like you go to the gym 6 days a week. Being born with naturally big legs is a sign of high T and it looks good.

Some people say deadlifts are dangerous when I think it's just bad form. If you are scared of injury then you should just do deadlifts one day a week and train hamstrings the other day with leg curls or hip thrusts.
