Leg Lengthening from 5'9 to 6'1: safe with short legs?

I have relatively short legs for my height so would adding 4 inches be reasonable without fucking me up.
Assuming 2 inches per tibia and 2 inches per femur

I could probably do at least 2 inches with my legs still looking normal. But then again that wouldn't be worth it, if I were to get the surgery I'd do 3 inches at least to reach 6 foot, can then fraud 6'1 with 1 inch lifts
