Legit leanmaxxing advice?

So i'm like a 4-5 PSL at the moment and almost everyone says a good frame and build can maxx you out a point. So I was wondering any legit routines of maxxing and lowering my bf % so that my face slims and evens out, at this point I might just need white skin maxing combined with this and maybe a couple minor surgeries to get rid of my gyno and straighten my face.

What worked for everyone? What routine? How many sets?

I just didn't ate for 11 days JFL, it was brutal. I lost alot of fat but also muscle mass

11 kg in total
 
1. Ostarine at 12.5 mg a day
2. ECA stack (ephedrine plus caffeine plus aspirin ) which burns 200-400 cals a day
25mgs ephedrine with 200mg caffeine. 3x a day
3. Eat 2000 cals a day with 100g protein


Advanced method
1. 1000 cals a day, only lean chicken and simple carbs.
2. ostarine at 12.5 mg a day to maintain muscle mass. combined with enclomiphene 6.25mg to prevent suppression
3. modafinil or ephedrine or any other hunger reducers so you don’t eat your entire fridge because you are so starving

just eat a lot if small meals
 
Just take 11kt for a month on a small calorie deficit it reduces cortisol and water retention while keeping muscle mass. Dont take steroids and shrink ur testicles just to lose fat. And stimulants just make you hungrier so u eat more

also buy chocolate 80+ cocoa, two square and you good to go
 
All you need is a calorie deficit. Whatever it takes to make you stick to it. High-volume/low calorie foods (e.g. rice pudding), OMAD/IF, chewing gum, salad, soups, diet soda etc. there's a lot you can do to make it easier
 
Just go to the swimmingpool 12-14 hours fasted and do 1 hour of swimming, then hit the gym in the afternoon and say goodbye to fat.
