Legit ways to fix early malar fat pad desencion

In the past four months my malar fat pad descended hard. How can you get it back up? I'm literally 20 years old with the facial composition of a 70 year old
I've heard that you need a straight up facelift but I don't think even that will completely get rid of the fold
