Nah he will , his nose is kinda fucked up but the short lower third makes it look way worse , he should fix that too but for now a jaw surgery is a must , but who knows we can't see his side profile or x-rays , maybe he only needs an implant or a simple genioplasty.

Its also about the eyes his are fucked and no jaw surgery will ascend his eye area
