Lemon bottle/ Aqualyx for stubborn belly fat removal.

So I'm seriously considering buying either of these and trying it out on myself in a month or two, but I wanted to ask if someone else has tried it.

For reference
- I'm around 15% bodyfat, 73.65kg, 183cm tall
- 3 years before I dedicated to leaning out and got from 30% to 18% bodyfat
- last year dedicated to kickboxing so stayed at 18%
- this year I want to get to 15% or less
- I'm steady on my diet and cardio for 4 weeks now, I have my abs outlined (and pretty good vascularity on my arms) but I want my abs chizzled NOW.

I'm very confident once I get the look I can maintain it through kickboxing and training calisthenics 3 times per week.

I just want to ask if someone else has done this and has seen good results, or should I just keep my money and invest them in other stuff?


EDIT: Forgot to mention I'm already training in the gym 6 times per week, PPL split, hypertrophy range, PO almost every workout, my muscle size, definition and vascularity improve weekly I'M JUST IMPATIENT

From the sounds of it your body composition is horrid, Your skinny fat. Your not gonna be able to get that lean look you want you will look like a potato that has been peeled essentially skinny fat. You need to not eat in a crazy deficiet rn eat 300-500 under matience and start lifting your not going to get chizzled abs for realstically 6months unless you blast roids then you can achieve this in about 3 months

And yeah dont use aqualyx or lemon bottle for fat around your stomach that is retarded no one does that its used for facial fat. You should buy test reta and gh if you struggle with dieting but a 500 cal defcicet isnt that much so reta is optional.

You'll need a lot of aqualyx to make a significant difference anyways, when you can just get lean

Didn't mention it but I'm on -1000 calorie deficit, went from 76 kg to 73.65 in 4 weeks (week 3 I touched 72kg but I also started taking creatine and it started retaining water). Will update with physique soon for better recommendations.

Its hard without the legs but going off upper. My legs are like really shredded tho tbh i have each insertion showing and even calf veins coming out now

Aqualyx. It actually kills fat cells and has real data behind it. Lemon Bottle is weaker and mostly hype.

go for it i accepted my genetics are cooked. Tren will fix my body dysmorphia soon anyways but i think its because im not lean enough (cope)

think ima be more patient now tho since im currently doing a recomp on my health phase with 2500 calories and im auctually seeing better results than i did on cycle so maybe im a impateint bug

Im geuinley confused i swear i have enough muscle on my frame to be able to cut to a low bf% and look shredded but everytime ive pushed my cuts i always look flat and shit with no abdominal development.

think ima be more patient now tho since im currently doing a recomp on my health phase with 2500 calories and im auctually seeing better results than i did on cycle so maybe im a impateint bug

I was burning 4000 kcal daily

in the beginning too before I got to like 13% I just ate 800-1200 calories/day for 6 months

Honestly though I hate being hungry its not fun

I would reccomend retatrutide it makes cutting way easier

normally I take it but I'm using adderall rn which is killing my appetite too

yeah im on reta rn i also starve maxxed and was obese like you too pure self hatred on 800 cals of pure mince since this was before i used peds on a OMAD diet. somehow i trained still fat me was determined
And yeah im seeing better results on higher calories with better training sessions and cardio maxxing im burning roughly 3900-4200 calories a day on 2500 eating so thats a FUCKING huge defciet i do 30mins zone 2 cardio on top of a very high caloric job atm it requires going up and down 3 flights of stairs every like 5 mins to run food for a restruant. so i avg like 15-20k steps with most of them being a fucking stairmaster. then none work days i tdee max zone 2-3 cardio for 60minutes so im really pushing this time before i hop on the sazuel again

Do cardio! Zone 2 for 1 hour DAILY! Diet never fucking worked for me like cardio does currently. It's a fucking cheat code.

Now I'm also with elite conditioning to kickboxing due to my intense training for an year, but you too can get the endurance to do it for an hour every day for weeks.

I'm melting my fat and I can see it with my waistline reduction by 2 cm every week since I started. I suppose I'll hit my goal naturally within 4 more weeks, I'm just impatient and want to go back to kickboxing as fast as possible.

You could also just throw in cafrilititde and get more appetite suppression and just eat less.

You don't have to do tons of cardio if you don't want to

True but honestly i might be autistic i feel like you cant get shredded without cardio (yes even with all the knowledge knowing damn well its possible)

for me i think its geuinily impossible im yet to be 12% shredded and im pissed since thats my only goal and i just want to fucking bulk and look like sick kunt but i have to get shredded and waste so much time when i could be gainin.

based from my current physique what do you honestly think i should do just keep recomping on my 2500 cals. for ref im 6'3 83kg currently
 
A person on a forum filled with people who want to use PEDs to get aesthetic phisiques faster, instead of training for decades, cus they are impatient, telling me looksmaxxing isn't for me cus I'm also impatient and want to lean out faster.

15% is not enough try going lower, patience is key focus on your diet and do cardio whenever possible and you will see improvement in ~1-2 months depending on how tapped in you are to the cut dont starve yourself youll lose muscle and if you are still in puberty it will affect your height
