Lengthening ramus and widening jaw

What’s the best hardmax to lengthen my ramus and widen my jaw. Would jaw angle implants do both.

I’m pretty sure custom can only lengthen by 15 mm max jaw surgery would probably help more but if you already have a pretty good ramus length you will be fine
