i grabbed these from my parents room and i dont really know what they do

currently trying to fix my Rosacea and general acne and i hope these help, if not lmk what i can replace or add to the collection

Cetaphil is good as a brand but if you want to actully combat your problems you need an active (I reccomend tazarotene it’s the best one most potent with minimal side effects) which is basically topical vitamin a cream which increases cellular turnover removing acne, if tazarotene doesn’t work, accutane is an option however it does have some crazy side effects that come with it.

Those will help a bit with your acne. Not as a effective as other things but still pretty okay.
