taking 2.5mg letrozole daily. started yesterday and want to report any physical effects and mental effects for future references and for people to know what to expect. i'll document any noticeable change in this thread and show before and after pics with proofs and tests.

I used letrozole at the same dose and at the same age as you and I can tell you that the Side effects were fucking brutal in the first 2 weeks. I do really recommend to start with arimidex since its the least toxic to your body.

I took letrozole for like 3 months and I had side effects the day after taking it. I also had some slight pain in my knees and back. I did grow but thats because I also used hgh so im not too sure. I would recommend to just take in for 1-2 years if you can and see if you grow from it.

realistically you can top it out even with just good diet. maybe mk667/HGH if you are utterly depleted due to running a SERM like enclo

however i did notice that my growth rate increased just on aromasin

dont take ghrelin receptor agonists (like mk, ghrp, ipa, hexarelin) while running gh
or run ghrh receptor agonists (like cjc, sermorelin, tesa) with them
u can run ghrh and ghrelin receptor agonists together without gh too

very anecdotal, some people just respond better to it than others. could be as low as just 200, but you can also get a close to 100% increase.

the good thing with enclo is its very easy to try and get off of. being oral makes it nice too but obviously its not as good as TRT.

I might have to look into E2, from my current understanding it would be more optimal to "cycle" it so you do not deprive your body off of E2 for long periods of time, not to mention constant signaling might eventually also create suppression/more tolerance as your feedback loop might adapt to it.

I think if you do not wanna have kids in the near future, you are better off with TRT. I just do not wanna nuke my balls when planning to conceive.

hcg is mediocre btw since it still causes direct supression. good for pct/pairing with trt but alone its inferior to enclo.
