I took my first pill of letrozolo(2.5mg eod) 2 days ago and i felt (while also taking erda) very bad.
I felt depressed and the pain was unbearable. I had headaches and whenever i stood up i got pain in my neck and felt the heartbeat
So I decided to lower the dose to 1.25mg eod and now that the effect of the 2.5mg finished i feel way better. If i'll struggle even with 1.25mg ill do 0.625mg(should be still good since im not on test)
