Yeah i remember that, tbh he should've atleast lost some fat before doing any surgeries, but even tho he did them while fat you could still have seen his bones in the CT scan.

This is not meant to be an accusation thread against Giant/Liam i think he has a lot of potential to improve as designer since he is still young and high iq

I’ve never understood these arguments over which one of these 99th percentile male models is better looking than the other.

Look, some people go crazy with surgery and don't know what they are doing and they end up looking terrible. Giants is probably the only person who is enabling extensive surgeries like OBO, Lefort III etc... He is great at what he is doing. I have consulted Giants and consulted Pagnoni too and I can assure you Giants has incredible results. If you want to push the boundaries too hard you may end up looking bad!

What makes a face attractive (chad) is not the jaw or eye area. It is the harmony of all these elements and strikingness of each. Jordan Barret is worshipped by so many blackpillers yet a simple search on reddit would show that he is actually seen as horrific or ugly by so many women whereas Lachowski who has not the best features is seen as very handsome. If you look at the attractive faces desired by women you will see that none of the elements (jaw, cheekbone etc.) are over accentuated. Actually if you look at Lorenzo Zurzolo, which is undisputably a chick magnet, you will notice lots of flaws yet uniquness and harmony is making him incredible.

Unfortunately some people think that if they have an enormous jaw or anime level hunter eyes they will be desirable. You just need to find the best version of yourself and do it. Faceapp would be a great and simple example actually to find what looks good or not or there are AI programs that mix your face with another face of your choice and give you a very similar looking face to yours.

eppley doesn’t seem bad he just gives people what they want and doesn’t really comment on mass aesthetic appeal of it.

If you go in saying “make my chin 15mm bigger” he will do it whether it’s beauty standard or not.

What do you guys think of infra and malar implants for midface hypoplasia? ive heard infra is more safe and that malar can be risky, and will leave you sagging if you need them removed (requiring face lift). i've also heard to always go conservative.

do infras leave sagging if removed as well?

For surgery mostly, it's almost always something that you'll trade in return.

Midface hypoplasia is quite difficult if it isn't just the inframalar region and also the paranasal, infras for the most part needs to be conservative, many people who did infras also need fat grafts (usually not the case for everyone).

Sagging depends on the quality of the skin, muscles and tendons in the region, not just size in general, everyone reacts differently.

To summerize it, it depends on the case.
