Would say conservative implants and then refine with FAT grafting.

Alternatively, you have to make several attempts with implants before you find the right design

This is typical for almost all plastic surgery. Results where you're fixing something wrong tend to look better than results where you're trying to create perfection out of normal, although not always the case.

Most of the best and most natural looking results tend to come from Pagnoni because of his conservative approach. What makes a face attractive (chad) is not the jaw or eye area. It is the harmony of all these elements and strikingness of each. Jordan Barret is worshipped by so many blackpillers yet a simple search on reddit would show that he is actually seen as horrific or ugly by so many women whereas Lachowski who has not the best features is seen as very handsome. If you look at the attractive faces desired by women you will see that none of the elements (jaw, cheekbone etc.) are over accentuated. Actually if you look at Lorenzo Zurzolo, which is undisputably a chick magnet, you will notice lots of flaws yet uniquness and harmony is making him incredible.

Yeah i remember that, tbh he should've atleast lost some fat before doing any surgeries, but even tho he did them while fat you could still have seen his bones in the CT scan.

I agree with you on this one, a recessed person whom actually need them will always benefit from bimax to the max, functional and aesthetically speaking, if a guy with decent forward growth goes to get bimax will have a much higher risk of functional and aesthetical botch.
