For my most important exams I took Ritalin and washed it down with Redbull and coffee.

Studied in a room with no phone or electronic devices, had a snack on hand.

This way I managed to study for 10 hours every day for 4 weeks, got top grades and into my 1st choice university.

Technology is even more advanced now - you have small wireless headset, smart glasses, smart watches, etc., there are tons of gadgets you could use now for cheating, they would have to undress you completely to be sure you aren't cheating.
