an underweight holocaust survivor face vs a lean muscular fit guy face is very different
so this is why, despite the same body fat percentage, their should be an interesting change in the face of the aforementioned example
more fwhr? more eye fat hooding? more masseter? but still hollow cheeks due to the low bf?
10% bf 100lbs = 10lbs fat
10% bf 150lbs = 15lbs fat
although the body fat remains the same, there is more body fat present so you get the benefits of more fat without the disadvantages of more fat
even though you're not training the muscles in your face, muscles everywhere naturally would grow if you were to do a 50lb dirty bulk because that's just how it works. although of course it wouldn't be as close to efficient as if you were to actually train said muscles. this is why obese ppl still have high amount of lean body mass
masseter growth from an anorexic guy's ascension to a muscular guy should be impressive because of how little he ate before the dirty bulking activities
