At what bodyfat does face start to change

Ive heard that from 20 to 15 there is no
visible change for your face and that most changes occur under 15% bf
Is this true?
Also Ive been 2 weeks on a calorie deficit and its going good, but for some reason i only got first 2 abs, i guess i'll get the full 6 pack once i lean down.

Just get lean what is this question, stomach fat distribution is genetics, if you have more on the lower part, youll need to get more lean for full abs

Yes when you loose fat, you loose fat, so you look less fat
