If you mean because of the midface sag risk then that is only associated with intraoral placement. Have it placed via transconjunctival incision instead, which is superior anyway and is what most oculofacial surgeons will do.

Typically intraoral placement is done by maxillofacial surgeons, so for example if you were doing it alongside bimax you would have to accept the sag risk. If you aren't tied down to a maxillofacial surgery you can do it via eyelid with someone else.

I feel you i need to do my surgerys one step at a time like you because of money but that problem will be fixed soon i just got a job the main reason is for no one to notice the changes

Yes or just take the chance, he will probably tell you midface sag is possible but not common. And his designs aren't aggressive so all in all it is probably not so likely unless you are old.

But there are independent reasons to do eyelid incision - if you want to maximise the design possibility and placement precision.

I’m 24 so hopefully not too unc yet

Either way tho ig there’s another year of wageslaving baked in before having another window for surgery so even if I didn’t quite have enough for immediate revision I’d have time to save up more

If you are actually going through with the surgery planning its a pretty good plan. For the Rhino tho its more of the nose projection looks also overprojected and the nasal tip is bulbous and also the alar base is wide which can look ''Pigish'' on some people

Fortunately Ram works with a partner surgeon who does Rhinos and lip lifts (Dr Marianetti I believe) so I’ll probably come back next year for that work after this years round of procedures
