Leuprolide acetate to delay growth plate closure. A better ai alternative ??

Need more information on this but seem like an intresting one
Yeh inhibiting gonadotropin would most likely be better
I wont read these but u can
Idk if those links say anything useful but 🤷‍♂️

Please how do we get this guy banned im serious, everytime I see him post or reply I’ve wanted to say this but didn’t want to be rude.

Did you read a single word of the study

Lower Lutenizing hormone which led to less estrogen yes, but basically an equal loss in testosterone and reduced growth velocity

I have read every molecule of this studie and i looked to this one for a precise goal which isnt the one you may think abt. I can anderstand that you arent intellectually gifted but then dont waist everyone time please

waste* , understand*
I understand if English isn’t your first lnaguage

What precise goal buddy, you put it in the title: a better ai alternative. This is clearly a terrible idea if you have any cells in that cranium of yours

I have started to learn englist a week ago. Here is the title i putted "Leuprolide acetate to delay growth plate closure. A better ai alternative ??" Seem like you forgot to read the end

Low iq. Its just abt ajusting the dosage but you cant know this since you talk abt somthing you have no knowledge on

?? I mentioned the end in my comment
Now that I know English isn’t your first language it’s actually rude of me to say you should be banned, sorry about that. I still think I’m right though

You aren’t reading my comments correctly .
I know what the point of the thread is which is to show a “better” ai alternative.

But you are wrong about it since it affects other things too much (testosterone was suppressed 100%)

I said that I SHOULDNT have said to ban you
Because it is not your fault that English is not your first language

Ok i anderstand. Im gonna explain to you why you are wrong on Leuprolide acetate :

Operation at adequate dose:

GH Stimulation: Leuprolide acetate stimulates the production of GH by the pituitary gland.
Action of GH: GH stimulates the growth of bones and cartilage, particularly at the growth plates.
Slowing Closure: Stimulation of GH by leuprolide acetate helps slow the closure of growth plates, thereby prolonging the period of bone growth.

High dose effects:

Desensitization of cells: Too high a dose of leuprolide acetate can cause desensitization of cells to growth hormone.
Decreased response to GH: This desensitization decreases the response of cells to GH, which can slow the child's bone growth and overall growth.

Its why, dosage its extremly important. Leuprolide acetate is one of the most used product for short predicted height in child. Do you think they would give somthing that dont work?

I dont have the knowledge( yet ) to explain you more abt this. I dont seek to be right but only the truth because at the end its the only thing that will truly benefit us. If you want i’ll tag you when i will have enought knowledge on this ( i will do a final thread trying to cover everything )

Yo why u always online damn but um heres sum stuff about Leuprolide Acetate

Alr so as yk it's a synthetic peptide analogue of gonadal hormone that interacts with the HPG axis, targeting the gnrh receptors on pituitary gonadotropes. Because of its shape, binding is easy and intracellular signaling cascades involving PLC, g-proteins, and downstream effectors such as DAG and IP3 are initiated. These decrease the release of LH and FSH via modifying gene expression and cellular function within the pituitary gland. It gradually causes receptor desensitization and downregulation, which lowers gnrh receptor reactivity. This lowers T levels in niggas, which causes hypogonadism and poor spermatogenesis. This is something im sure you already know but long term use of it affects GH secretion through GHRH. Long term use also metabolically changes how fat is metabolized, which raises triglyceride and cholesterol levels and reduces insulin sensitivity

Hope this helps also @ me in post thx

All you said is true ty bro. No problem i’ll tag you

"Mean height velocity ranged 5.0 to 5.3 cm/year post-baseline in previously treated patients and declined from 10.1 to 6.5 cm/year at week 20 in treatment-naïve patients. Mean bone age advanced slower than chronological age. Patient/parent-reported outcomes remained stable. No new safety signals were identified. No adverse event led to treatment discontinuation."

Interesting. I'd like to see the effects of this post-puberty. The real question we should be asking: will it ultimately lead to a taller final stature?
The abstract seems comparable to what you'd see in aromatase deficient teenage males...

Intrigued to see a long term study on this

Using this to grow in height is essentially castrating yourself for greater height gains. It will reduce both your estradiol and testosterone levels, so it does work well and even leads to similar height gains like an AI, but you'll probably feel worse on it than traditional AI. It's mainly good for people who are experiencing puberty too early or have a disease where their height growth will be compromised so sacrificing a healthy puberty (healthy = constantly rising T levels). Rather than idiopathic short stature cases, as it can make male hormone markers look hypogondal.

Offtopic man should I take glu + cho to heightmax while still having open plates? And also while using lite heightmaxing stack with mk
