mount a steady fucking barfix on your corridor. dont just HANGG. fucking go back and forth, swing and sway like a monkey. but the key point here is, if you can, like cracking your knuckles, crack your lower back, you know rotational motion from physics classes right? the tension is highest at the bottom of the circle rotation. keep your back relaxed while swinging and try to do so as to crack your back when you have enough mechanical energy to pop your back nicely. this will be more effective than just hanging with no additional force than your weight. follow me on pornhub for more
