im doing UL rest repeat
upper:
machine shoulder press (around 90 degrees) 2x
bent over barbell row 2x
preacher machine 2x
tricep pushdown 2x
pec deck 2x
Lat pulldown 2x
lateral raise 2x
lower:
leg press 3x
hamstring curl seated 2x
calf press 2x
adductor 2x
ab crunch machine 2x
core rotation machine 1x
i do forearm flexion at the end of my workouts if i have energy and time left usually twice per week or more. i also train neck at home usually 3 times per week.
anything i should add or switch around?
