LF Feedback on Double Jaw Surgery Plan

I got my scans done, and my surgeon sent me the double jaw surgery simulated before-and-after plan.

I'm not sure if it's a good plan or not (doesn't seem like too much forward growth to me)

So if anybody knows what they're looking at, maybe you can give me advice on what I should ask for / what could be improved upon

Surgery would be done for aesthetic reasons only and paid privately.

Whole point of the surgery would be to get my jawline/side profile as beautiful as possible.

About money - its an good investment.

Im not rich but ROI is defo there.. Both Socially and finically

Technically yes he could advance more but could as well just get genioplasty and get 70% of the improvement he would get from bimax

I also snore at night soo i would want to get that fixed as well..

I have sleep study 28th August to see if i have sleep apnea or not

Not a whole lot of advancement, if you have any airway issues this wouldn't really do anything, you need 10mm+ BSSO for noticeable airway changes. Either advance more, or get a genio/fillers.

Weird, the movement sheet says no movement for the mandible yet there seems to be some sort of movement on the visual plan? What's going on there?

This looks so weird. Aside from the movements that are too conservative to get the results you're looking for, you seem to be a weak class 2, maybe camouflaged with orthodontics, and if the chart is accurate he's only advancing your maxilla 4 mm while downgrafting it 1.5 (I suppose posteriorly, as doing it anteriorly in your case would be bad). The advancement exclusively of the maxilla would just worsen your overjet, and the downgraft usually leads to some degree of ccw autorotation as the mandible adapts, but the chart specifies there's gonna be none. I'd ask your surgeon wtf is going on.
Probably consider changing plan entirely

If you want that fixed then you need to advance more and more ccw rotation.

CCW rotation for maxilla + associated bsso movement, as well as a more aggressive genio

Seems like a very mild change, need a better surgeon if that's what he's offering
