also do zygo tape. personally it grew my zygos a few inches in a week. you should try it too but u could be a non responder.

Here's an explanation of each terms and colored accordingly, red means it doesn't work and your friend is an idiot, green means it actually sorta works

Lymphatic drainage = massaging your face/neck to reduce puffiness and improve blood flow.
Mouth tapping = taping your mouth shut at night so you nose-breathe.

Orb oculi training = exercises to strengthen the muscles around the eyes, supposed to tighten eye area.
Correct swallowing = learning to swallow with tongue pressed to palate instead of pushing forward.
Tongue chewing = chewing with tongue pressure against palate to strengthen tongue.
Hard mewing = mewing but with maximum constant force, especially in back third of tongue.

Hyoid training = exercises targeting muscles near hyoid bone to pull it up, supposedly helps jawline.
Intraoral face pushing = pushing palate or inside of mouth with fingers/thumb to expand maxilla.

Hormone balancing = optimizing T/E2/prolactin/cortisol through lifestyle, meds, or supplementation.

TLDR; your friend is stupid and follows tiktok trends, if he looks good its ONLY because of genetics.

lymphatic drainage is either a manual technique or with tools like gua sha to move lymphatic fluid around in your body (usually the face). this can reduce bloating

mouth taping is sleeping with tape on ur lips so u can't mouth breathe while sleeping

can't help u with the other ones

E2 = estradiol, a form of estrogen, you need balance; too high = bloat/gyno, too low = joints/skin fucked; controlled with AI (aromatase inhibitors) or adjusting T dosage.
