Today (21 august thursday) is officially a week from when i first started my lgd4033 cycle of 5mg every day for hopefully 8 weeks long.
Stats: 193cm, 17 years old male, 110g-150g of protein on average (i know this is bad but im very busy and my parents are cucking me so I cant cook too much meat/eggs all the time, starting to eat much more tuna cans now though which is increasing my protein intake a lot).
Starting weight = 76.8kg
Weight as of now (1 week since then) = 79.7kg
My side effects:
-thankfully nothing bad, my first 2-3 days for some seconds i had a headache, but it went away after a few seconds. My pee has gotten much strong yellow though (not dark - but almost neon, not literally obviously but you know what I mean). Other than that, I have felt nothing else
Pros: I gained a lot of weight quickly, to be fair though I do normally sit around 79-80kg, so that could be a factor, but nevertheless i still gained weight pretty fast. My strength has increased a lot and gotten back to my peak strength of when i trained 3 months in a row pretty quickly.
Bloating: My muscle have retained more water and I probably have gained water weight, but I have not noticed any noticable bloating in my face, however acne on my back has increased which is already a problem for me kms
will be adding update pictures every fortnight, so next week I will add the pics of how I started out, and 2 weeks from then etc etc.
