Most of the information below is a repost of a previous thread that I never built on because I never actually started the cycle.
This time, I did start the cycle. As I'm writing this I am about a week in. I will try to update this as frequently as I remember.

I've posted a few threads on PED use in the past to generally positive results, with some disbelievers, so I've decided I'll do it again, tracking as often as possible (unless I forget). I've had loads of people DM me and tell me my threads helped them in the past, plus some comments on a previous thread that have inspired me to keep posting here, so fuck it, why not.

Starting statistics:
191cm / 6'3
Blonde hair, blue eyes (btw)
81kg / 178lbs
Haven't touched the gym in about 5 months before this.

Cycle plans
As I am writing this I am 1 week in to the cycle, and up to 86kg. This will mostly be due to me making a conscious effort to eat more, coupled with some small muscle gain and increased water retention. The pumps are already fucking nuts, but I expected that as I have ran LGD before. The real gains start to kick in around weeks 3-4.

This cycle will be exactly 8 weeks, give or take a day or two, as due to commitments it will be impossible for me to extend it beyond that mark.

Cycle will be as follows, denoted by week. All dosages are per day, 7 days a week. Normally I take LGD about 30 minutes to an hour before I start my workout.
1. 5mg LGD
2. 5mg LGD
3. 5mg LGD
4. 5mg LGD
5. 6mg LGD
6. 6mg LGD
7. 7.5mg LGD
8. 7.5mg LGD

Other Supplements
In a previous thread I said I would take enclo. I have decided against that as there is a small chance that enclo messes with vision, and as someone who already has less than perfect vision, that's not a risk I am willing to take (it's like 3-4%, but I don't know if having pre-existing issues will make me more susceptible. Either way not chancing it). I will basically be relying on a couple of natural supplements and that's pretty much it. I have recovered fine in the past and it has been a very long time since I touched a PED.

Supplement stack consists of N-Acetyl Cysteine at 1200mg per day, some random liver detox supplement I found that has milk thistle and other shit in it (1 capsule a day), a multivitamin (2 pills per day) and a placebo ass testosterone booster that was ridiculously overpriced. The only things here that will actually be advantageous to the cycle will be the NAC and liver detox. The testosterone booster I just had lying around and the multivitamin I take all the time anyway.

Additionally, I am on prescribed toptical tret for any spot acne and finasteride (1mg ED) for MPB. The only sides I ever got from LGD were some hair shedding, and I've been taking finasteride for a couple months now with great results so this should counteract that problem. Never had any issues with acne on LGD but the tret will fix if that arises.

Summary, diet, workout plans
Will be watching for sides closely (even though I have never had many in the past) and will likely discontinue use if I get anything bad. Will give updates for this.
I will also try to keep rough track of my bench, but I likely won't be maxing out that often. Keep in mind, without a deload week there likely won't be any huge strength increases. Adding a deload week or recovering for at least 3 days every 2 weeks or so will help with this.

Currently working out with a modified PPL 5-6 times a week, but depending on how I feel I may do 7. The whole "don't work out every day, you need recovery time bro" is very true, but to a lesser extent when your body is pumped full of PEDs. Your recovery times will literally be fucked, and you can hit the exact same workout twice in a day. I am working out at least once a day and sometimes twice if I have the energy.

In terms of diet, follow the "seefood diet" (as in the fat kid meme from 2011, see food and eat it). Putting on pure mass is the best thing to focus when on LGD as it is a wet compound. Don't track macros, don't set limits, just fucking eat. Pretty simple. People who think they can't put on 10kg+ in a cycle don't know how to eat, and don't know how to work out. Countless logs on here and elsewhere of exactly that being done, but .org can't handle the truth...

About the eye problem with Enclo; I researched about vision problems with LGD actually because I had experienced vision problems during it. Glad to know my shit wasn’t laced now.

I’m not sure about this but I think you can do 20% more volume than you can handle naturally when taking enclo, you might wanna fact check that.

For anyone taking enclo with it: use it 2 weeks before you are going to start with the Lgd. For some reason people think you should start 2 weeks after taking Lgd because that’s „when the suppression hits“ but enclo still takes time to concentrate in the body. I also used it for 2 weeks after I think and felt a surge in testosterone during the cycle.
No clue why you wouldn’t use that or test with it, just makes you more motivated to workout.

Lgd isn’t causing any detrimental hair loss. Maybe I didn’t notice it but if I had it it must’ve been extremely minimal.

Max strength increased insanely from week 1-3.5. After that I hit a plateau

strength got down immediately after I dropped the Lgd. Still heavily stronger than before.


People who think they can't put on 10kg+
I litterally starved at the beginning of my cycle , tracks Cals for maybe 2 weeks then got extremly demotivated. I felt a spike in appetite so it isn’t necessary but you should do it if you want the biggest bang for your buck.


Make another thread when you’re finished, this will get to lil attention (imo). You were the only user I could ask how Lgd went before I took it so rly cool to see you active again and that your doing stuff that’s beneficial. Also funny that me and Jonas are the Lgd guys if I see the tags.

Luckily this nigger got banned. What kinda fucking conclusion is that. They are not nearly the same thing. I would agree though that you should use a Test base and I would prefer that over a Serm.

So, do you consider that slowly ramping up the dose to 7.5mg is optimal?
I also saw @Linus1888 's thread but he took 10mg throughout the whole 8 weeks.

I also didn't see but on the last thread did you run enclo post-cycle after for a couple weeks?

and did you not run enclo 2 weeks before like @Linus1888

My stats aren't that good tbh. I need recomp more than mass, and I'm at a manlet height (5'9 153lbs)
