after you have gymmmaxed, you can just reduce the training frequency from 3 days a week to 1-2 days a week, while maintaining high protein intakes and you wouldn’t lose your gains.

I dont know enough about gymmaxxing to answer this, also I thought you needed to train like 5 days a week to makes gains

I didn’t mean tapering off from 3 days a week to 1-2days a week, I meant 3 days to just once a week.

but gymcelling is good tho why wouldn’t you train as much as possible. just for enjoyment

There are maybe a handful of people on this forum with this level of physique bro, large majority of people couldn’t even get that big and lean natty unless they trained for years on end
