i’m 19, it’s so bad that I was showering just now and a shit ton of hair was between my fingers I got so pissed and mad.

I’m constantly stressed and I don’t know how to stop it.

I get frustrated and emotional by the littlest things.

You got to be more self aware. I used to get upset over the littlest things. Life seemed impossible. Everytime I had plans something  conveniently ruined it when I was just giving up the moment things got slightly difficult. It helped to immediately identify when I was becoming frustrated and felt like giving up. Just being aware of me becoming angry over the smallest thing made me better. After all it's ridiculous for a man to cry like a bitch over the smallest things jfl.
Worst of all I used to idealise historical figures and think how I'd totally be like them given the right circumstances, but it hit me hard when I realised they had to overcome major tribulations and difficulties. Meanwhile I'd be throwing a fit over the smallest trouble jfl. T I humbled myself and started accepting that things will go wrong more often than not, but if I give up everytime I will never amount to anything. Most inconveniences in life are only small hurdles. If there's negative aspects to good things, the good more often than not outweighs the negative. Regardless of what your opinion is of yourself and what you can do, even if you're subhuman you gain nothing by giving up on life. There's always value in having dignity in your own existence no matter how bad you think it is.
