its stupid to have a life extension mix with 1000000+ ingredients because its 100x easier to suicide through a pill than get a 10% increase in something, you're asking for it lmao

Methionine, cysteine , omega 6 ( especially arachidonic acid) , linoleic acid , polyamine , ,COX 2, iron and tryptophan ( restriction of all these groups that is) is ALL YOU NEED

Except DHA possibly. Doing research rn. Omega 6 is a much bigger causative in early mortality and omega 3 has its place when omega 6 consumption is higher.

Humans are more advanced than mice
Stupid study

Good channel

Omega 3 especially EPA works by displacing arachidonic acid and decreasing prostagladin induced inflammation. Omega 3 is inevitable in the diet if youre actually eating anti aging foods. The ones to avoid are alpha linoleic acid. Omega 6 is much more dangerous. Although ideally you want almost 0 levels of both except DHA.

the thing to beat against the age clock is gene editing

editing all gene (that maybe got activated due to .. baby get exposed to 1000 metals (thats rlly a thing) -> certian gene get activated -> bad...) that cause the human body to age

also eating a good diet

Yeah some people are just programmed to age faster than others . The elite are working to alter the gene which triggers aging
