Nothing is real and you're actually in a hyper advanced vr bodysuit and the reason your life sucks is because you're playing a video game.
Essentially each year you age you're actually levelling up but your life/mental state/environment gets increasingly more challenging making it more likely for you to kill yourself, translation: pressing menu, scrolling down to quit and forfeiting the game.
So when you die you don't actually die, you just take the headset off and rage bc you only got to level 22 (age 22) in the virtual incel simulation.
