Now, if I want to undergo any sort of jaw surgery i need to 1. Decompensate, 2. Move the lower teeth backwards
This process would take approximately 12-18 months
all for nothing

Surgery first approach won’t give me “the results” as my BSSO movement is limited.
However it’s the only way.
Small counter clockwise rotation + bi advancement + extreme genio + segmental lefort
All in foreign country thousands kilometres away.
