In my opinion current prices of implants dont outweigh the benefits of having them on your face.

Well money is relative anyway. For me 20k is serious grind that takes years. For an american its a pocket change. For a european its a year's grind.

I think it depends on the surgery and if the people knew you beforehand. Like you could lie about bimax and just say the results were from you losing weight, and if worst comes to worst just say it was for medical rather than cosmetic reasons
