Because these new users aren’t actually after anything serious, they have no true attachment or ties or understanding to this outlook on the world or this space, they are effectively normies who either want to be edgy or like just use this space as a less inhibited platform than like instagram, to waste their alone time on. I genuinely understand serial killers, its not that hard to feel no empathy for other humans and just see them as piles of decaying flesh (which they are). They make it easy
