I'm tall (6'4) im like mtn/hltn for my looks. But my game is completely dog shit like what am I doing wrong. Like the talking is fine but it's like same same nothing ever happens like idk if it's my "personality" or other stuff like yeah like getting their Instagrams @'s are fine but I can't manage to do anything after. just start speaking more to people irl, stop staying in your room all day gooning to god-knows-what, quit your crippling video game addiction and start being produtctive and take care of yourself, literally. you need to beat that "oh well, what if they think im annoying bla bla" wall and just fucking talk. dont act weird obviously, just speak to people. just ask a simple "how's your day been?" or, "hi ". because even they will be better than sitting down and questioning if you shouldve done X or Y etc.

worst comes to worst, the convo will end quickly. but even so, assuming you asked them a simple "how are you?", at least you even had the guts and mentality to message them, no? many people cant do this and wonder "brooooo teenage love is le fake news!!11!1 im attractive but get no game", even though its like, 80% down on YOUR end, not theirs.

I'm 6'0, almost appealmaxxed, hmtn/lhtn and the only things I do is get drunk and talk to girls and 70% of times we end up going on another date/kissing/she coming to my place.

You just need to get drunk and just go and talk to her. It sounds hard but it isn't tbh.

Don't forget to always plan something in advance. Like if u meet with her you can't just stand there without plans.

Best things are to go for a walk / go to a Bar

Best thing I did to boost my confidence and make me socialize better was to go club a lot and just talk to random girls, do smth with them there or meet after and then block them and do it again. Even if u get to kiss one from 5 u talked to or get only the snap from one it's still a confidence booster.

Stand tall and be confident king.

edit: Don't give them to much attention, most of them don't like it and will just dump you
